- •Adult patients of either gender of asa 2 and above requiring invasive blood pressure monitoring.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Paient refusal
- •Infection at puncture site
- •Hisory of peripheral vascular disease
- •Coagulopathy
- •Modified allens est showing negative for collateral flow
