Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adult patients of either gender of asa 2 and above requiring invasive blood pressure monitoring.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Paient refusal
  • •Infection at puncture site
  • •Hisory of peripheral vascular disease
  • •Coagulopathy
  • •Modified allens est showing negative for collateral flow
