- •Out\-of\-hospital cardiac arrest, not observed by the emergency medical services observed, non\-traumatic cause
Exclusion Criteria
- •Presence of a living will or presumed will of the patient precludes resuscitation, resuscitation is not started by the emergency services, accident or other traumatic cause of cardiac arrest
