Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients who had fibromyalgia diagnosis for at least 6 month, with normal neurological examination findings of nerve function (including deep tendon reflexes, voluntary muscle action and sensory function), number of tender point from 14 â?? 16 points and chronic generalized aches pain or stiffness will be included in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Participants will be excluded if they had history of orthopedic limitation, inflammatory rheumatic diseases, and severe psychiatric illness or if they had participating in regular physical exercise more than once a week for \>\=30 minutes during the last six months. Also whom had poor skin condition, sensory deficit, epilepsy, hemophilia, cardiovascular, pulmonary disease, arterial circulation disorders, venous insufficiency and uncontrolled diabetic patients.
