After obtaining Ethical Committee approval and written informed consent from patients of ASA I-II physical status of age 18-50years of either sex undergoing elective non obstetrical and non vascular infraumbilical surgeries are selected for the study.

Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1 and 2 Non obstetric and non vascular surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- Patient refusal Spinal anomalies Any contraindication for spinal anaesthesia.
- infection at the site of injection, raised intracranial pressure, deranged coagulation profile, drug allergy ASA 3 and above BMI more than 30kg/m2.

Name Time Method To predict the occurrence of HYPOTENSION in patients with an INFERIOR VENA CAVA COLLAPSIBILITY IMDEX more than or equal to 50 percent and CAVAL AORTA INDEX more than 1 using ULTRASONOGRAPHY in patients undergoing infraumbilical surgeries every 2 MINUTES till 30 MINUTES after spinal anesthesia

Name Time Method To determine whether USG guided INFERIOR VENA CAVA COLLAPSIBILITY INDEX or CAVAL AORTA INDEX a better parameter to predict POST SPINAL ANESTHESIA HYPOTENSION To predict efficacy of Inferior vena cava collapsibility index AND CAVAL aorta index over PERFUSION INDEX to predict post spinal anesthesia hypotension
