all patients receiving corrective surgery for facial skeletal deformity whom their presurgical orthodontics treatment is completed
after completion of growth period, in appropriate age for orthognathic surgery
existing simultaneous maxillary deformities which need correction
same correction size is needed in both side of the maxilla
presence of lip, palate or alveolar cleft
any systemic disease
history of chemo or radiotheropy in the surgery site
previous unsuccessful grafting of maxilla or maxillary alveolar process
correction of maxillary can or yaw needed
