Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Both genders of an adult age group 19 to 59 years
- •2 Patients who fit the criteria of Sleep Maintenance Insomnia according to DSM 5
- •Patients exhibit frequent or prolonged awakenings throughout the night
- •causes distress
- •At least 3 nights per week for 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Other Psychiatric disorder like Schizophrenia Depression OCD PTSD
- •2 Pregnant women
- •3 Lactating mothers
- •4 Psychoactive substance use
- •5 Other related systemic disoders
