Inclusion Criteria

Patient with cicatricial ectropion with or without previous history of surgery

-Age >18 years

-Patient willing to give consent

Exclusion Criteria

-Patients with grade IV ectropion and/or corneal exposure requiring surgical procedure

-Patients with severe eyelid deformity such as telecanthus, coloboma, dystopia of canthus etc

-Patients with proptosis, enophthalmous, hypoglobous or shrunken globe

-Extensive facial scar

-Pregnancy

-Patients not willing to follow up

Primary Outcome Measures

At each follow up examination will be done keeping in mind the following parameters- <br/ ><br>1.Lid position (grade of ectropion) <br/ ><br>2.Lagophthalmos <br/ ><br>3.Vertical palpebral aperture & lid retraction <br/ ><br>4.Dry eye status <br/ ><br>5.Local and systemic complications <br/ ><br>6.Appearance of scar (patient scar assessment score) will be done at 2 months, 3 months and 6 months of follow up. <br/ ><br>7.Patient overall satisfaction score will be done at 3 and 6 months. <br/ ><br>8.Patientââ?¬â?¢s photographs ââ?¬â?? Photographs will be taken at each visit. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Follow up of the patient on day 1 after 1 weeks at 1 month 2 months 3 months and 6 months(if possible) of the procedure <br/ ><br>
