- •2. Patients scheduled to undergo lower abdominal and lower limb surgeries

- •1.ASA grade 3 & 4.
- •2.Patients with known contraindications for spinal anesthesia.
- •3.Patients with coagulation disorders or on anticoagulant therapy.
- •4.Patients with allergy to study drugs.
