Inclusion Criteria
1. Age more than 18 years old.
2. Patients who suspected to have diagnosed with drug-induced maculopapular exanthem.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Toxic epidermal necrosis (TEN) and Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS)
2. Thromboembolism
3. Pregnancy
4. Anticoagulant usage
5. Active malignancy
6. Recent trauma or surgery within 1 month
7. Vitamin B12 supplement usage
