入选标准
- •i.All radiologically-suspected, previously untreated, supratentorial malignant gliomas being considered for debulking surgery.
- •ii.Adults (18-65 years)
- •iii.Eligible for surgical therapy (craniotomy not stereotactic biopsy )
- •iv.Resectability : A lesion would be considered â??resectableâ?? if the surgeons feel that all the radiologically imaged lesion can be removed (with reasonable certainty). Only deemed resectable lesions will be included

- •i.Unfit for GA
- •ii.Unwilling for the study
- •iii.Unresectable lesion
