Inclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosed cases of Hypothyroidism on the basis of Serum TSH, T3 and T4 levels.
TSH level above 4.5 mU/L up to 100 mU/L
Total Serum T4 level less than 4.5 to 12.5 ng/dl
Total serum T3 level less than 80 to 220 ng/dl
2. Patients having clinical features of Hypothyroidism.
3. Patient indicated for Virechana and Nasya.
4.Patient willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with any chronic and severe systemic disorders like IHD, CVA, Goiter, Uncontrolled Diabetes, CRF, Active malignant disease etc.
2. Pregnancy and lactation.
3. Patient contraindicated for Virechana and Nasya.
