Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with primary idiopathic serous retinopathy (ICSR) coming to retina clinic of KIMS for the first time.
- •2\. Patients with primary ICSR received treatment elsewhere (without adequate SSRI exposure).
- •3\. The patient with primary ICSR with medical co\-morbidity not directly associated with manifestation of CS
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with secondary CSR
- •2\.Past history of SSRI exposure
- •3\.Non\-consent.
