Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with primary idiopathic serous retinopathy (ICSR) coming to retina clinic of KIMS for the first time.
2. Patients with primary ICSR received treatment elsewhere (without adequate SSRI exposure).
3. The patient with primary ICSR with medical co-morbidity not directly associated with manifestation of CS
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with secondary CSR
2.Past history of SSRI exposure
3.Non-consent.
