简要总结
The term pilonidal sinus describes a condition found in the natal cleft overlying the coccyx, consisting of one or more,usually non-infected, midline openings, which communicate with a fibrous track lined by granulation tissue and containing hair lying loosely within the lumen.In this study Total of 60 cases of Post operative PNS wound will be enrolled and divided into 2 groups.Patients of Group A will be treated by Local application of Povidone iodine ointment and Group B patients by NIAVR ointment.Patients will be assessed by Pain ,Odour of the wound and bates jensen assessment tool & assessment will be done on 7th,14th,21st & 28th POD.Patient will be followed up on every 15th day for 2 months.

- •Post operative wound of PNS Patient willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Post Operative wound of simple anal fistula,low anal fistula,secondary anal fistula,CA rectum Patients with uncontrolled DM,Hypertension,Hepatitis-B,HIV,HCV ,STDs.
