入选标准
- •Patient between the age of 35 to 70 years
- •Patients admitted and diagnosed with uterine fibroid/and Adenomyois requiring surgical management
排除标准
- •Patient with hepatic, renal, cardiac or thromboembolic disease
- •2) Patients with adnexal mass and endometriosis
- •3) Patients with cervical or endometrial cancer
- •4) Patients who are allergic to tranexamic acid
- •5)History of seizures
- •6)Patients with congenital thrombophiliaâ??s
- •7)Contraindications to misoprostol like glaucoma, mitral stenosis, severe asthma, allergic to prostaglandins, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg
- •8)Previous history of myomectomy
