Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Verbal informed consent by telephone
- •2\. Age between 18 to 65 years
- •3\. Participants able to access internet facilities.
- •4\. Neck Disability Index (NDI) Score \- Greater than or equal to 10% and less than or equal to 64 %
- •5\. Participants with non\-neurological neck pain
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Greater than 65 % Neck Disability Index score.
- •2\. History of hospitalization in the last six months
