Inclusion Criteria
All patients aged 18 years and above, will be included in this study
Exclusion Criteria
(1) preoperative Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score less than 15 or presence of confusion during pre-anesthetic checkup
(2) patients with auditory impairment
(3) patient with loss of vision
(4) patient with aphasia
(5) patient with prior history of epilepsy
(6) patient with psychiatric illness
