- •1)Patients with severe mixed stenotic and regurgitatnt valvular lesions.
- •2)Patients with preoperative Intra Aortic Balloon Counter pulsation and prosthetic valve dysfunction.
- •3)Patients requiring preoperative inotropic agents.
