入选标准
- •1. 19-65 years old male and female
- •2. pre and stage 1 hypertension based on JNC7. (SBP: 120-159mmHg. or DBP 80-99mmHg)
排除标准
- •1. patients taking prescription or OTC medication or Herb/supplement to control hypertension.
- •2. Secondary hypertension
- •3. Having cardiovascular disease.
- •4. Malignant tumor
- •5. Diabetes using insulin.
- •6. Having kidney or liver or thyroid disease
- •7. Having contagious disease
- •8. Getting steroid or immunosupression treatment.
- •9. Taking drug affect blood pressure including an oral contraceptive, neurodepressive or a stimulant.
