Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Both males and females between 18\-30 years
- •2\.Unilateral Headache without side shift
- •3\.History of pain triggered by neck movement
- •4\.Ipsilateral neck, shoulder, or arm pain.
- •5\.Intermittent pain with episodes varying in
- •6\.Patients who understand English and Hindi
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Use of anti\-coagulation medicine (except
- •low\-dose aspirin).
- •2\.Acute or uncontrolled medical illness.
- •3\.Pregnancy and use of any opioids within 6
- •4\.Presence of fever, vomiting, or visual
- •5\.Fear of needle and needle phobia
