1.Both males and females between 18-30 years
2.Unilateral Headache without side shift
3.History of pain triggered by neck movement
4.Ipsilateral neck, shoulder, or arm pain.
5.Intermittent pain with episodes varying in
duration.
6.Patients who understand English and Hindi
languages
1.Use of anti-coagulation medicine (except
low-dose aspirin).
2.Acute or uncontrolled medical illness.
3.Pregnancy and use of any opioids within 6
months.
4.Presence of fever, vomiting, or visual
changes.
5.Fear of needle and needle phobia
