1. Pregnant women whose ages were 20 to 34 years old.
2. Singleton pregnancy
3. Gestational age between 37-40 weeks
4. Low-risk antenatal care history
5. Not a contraindication for vaginal delivery
6. True labor pain
1. High-risk antenatal care history including poor control gestational diabetes, Pregnancy-induced hypertension, serious maternal underlying diseases
2. Pregnant women who had a contraindication to use pethidine such as asthma, COPD
3. Pregnant women who had a contraindication to use Nitrous oxides such as Pneumothorax or heart failure
