Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a)Systemically healthy individuals over 18 years of age
- •b)Healthy periodontium or demonstrating stable periodontal condition following conventional periodontal therapy
- •c)Full mouth plaque score (FMPS) and full mouth bleeding score (FMBS) of \= 20%
- •d)No history of previous periodontal surgery at experimental sites
- •e)Presence of two or more adjacent Cairo RT1 (gingival recession with no loss of interproximal attachment) multiple buccal recessions associated with Class B\+ NCCLs, forming a combined defect on vital anterior teeth or premolars in either of the jaws
- •f)Probing depth (PD) \= 3 mm
Exclusion Criteria
- •a)Molars and teeth with presence of restorations, caries or crowns in the area to be treated.
- •b)Gingival recessions presenting minimal amount ( \<1 mm) of keratinized tissue (KT) apical to recession area.
- •c)History of any systemic medication known to interfere with periodontal health or wound healing in last 3 months
- •d)Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment
- •e)Supraerupted or mobile teeth
- •f)Pregnant and lactating females
- •g)Smokers or tobacco usage in any form
- •h)Patients with coagulation disorders
- •i)Known allergy to porcine derivatives.
