Obese Patients who are undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion
1.Pre-existing chronic pain under pain clinic follow up
2.Allergy to ropivacaine
3.Preexisting Chronic Liver disease with Child-Pugh B or C
4.Preexisting Chronic kidney disease
5.Previous history of abdominal surgery
