1. Age ≥ 60 years
2. Low muscle mass measuring by BIA (Male ≤ 7 kg/m², Female ≤5.7 kg/m²)
3. independent ambulation
1. Having the contraindication of resistive exercise
2. Communication problem
3. Taking medication that affects muscle mass (eg. creatine, essential amino acid, leucine, vitamin E, growth hormone, sex hormone, ACE inhibitor)
4. History of metal implantation, joint replacement and electrical device implantation
5. Do resistive exercise regularly for at least 3 months
