Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Children with Down Syndrome.
  • •2\.Age between 11 to 17 years.
  • •3\.Ability to stand and walk independently.
  • •4\.Medically clear to practice physical exercises.
  • •5\.Written informed consent from parents/guardians.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Unable to understand simple instructions.
  • •2\.Serious physical disabilities (heart diseases, epilepsy and injury).
  • •3\.Psychologically unstable patients.
  • •4\.Vision and Hearing Impairment
