•A. 20 to 80 years old
•B. Patients with lateral or bilateral lower extremity radiology with intervertebral disc herniation can be examined for at least one year.

•A. Meyer Gr II+ Spondylostasis
•B. A person who previously performed the same segment surgery
•C. Lumbar degenerative scoliosis (Cobbangle> 20 degrees)
