Inclusion Criteria

Care-dependent people (aged 60 years and over) who are members of the AOK Bremen/Bremerhaven statutory health insurance fund and who are residing for at least 12 months in a nursing home located in the federal state of Bremen and gave informed consent for participation.

Exclusion Criteria

Participants are excluded if there are any chance findings (i.e. depression, dementia) that substantiate that these participants initially were not capable of giving informed consent.
