Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •For Quantitative study
- •1\. Adult Patients of the age group between 18 to 70 years of age who have undergone open heart surgery in a tertiary care center in Mumbai, India
- •2\. Both males and females
- •For Qualitative study
- •1\. Adult Patients between 18 to 70 years of age who have undergone open heart surgery in a tertiary care center in Mumbai, India, and have a Kinesiophobia score more than 37 on the Tampa scale of kinesiophobia Heart\- Swedish version. (These participants will be taken from the 183 participants participating in the quantitative study.)
- •2\. Both males and females
Exclusion Criteria
- •For Quantitative study
- •1\. Patients who are unable to follow commands
- •2\. Patients who have any lower limb deformity due to which they are unable to walk.
- •3\. Patients with unstable postoperative hemodynamics.
- •4\. Patients who do not consent to participate.
- •For Qualitative study
- •1\. Patients unwilling to participate
- •2\. Patients with unstable postoperative hemodynamics
- •3\. Patients who are unable to follow commands
