1.Clinical symptoms of Agnimandya (Kshudhamandya, Aruchi, Avipak, Amashaypradeshi Gaurav, Shirogaurav.)
2.Age group 30 to 50 yrs will be randomly selected for the study irrespective of their cast, marital status, and economic class.
3.Patients who can follow the given instructions and willing to give written consent to participate in study.
1.Patients associated with following diseases will be excluded from study. Tuberculosis, Cancer, AIDS, Diabetes Mellitus, Ascites, Endocrine disorders, Acid Peptic disorders, Irritable Bowel disease, Liver disorders, Pancreatitis, Renal failure.
2.Lactating mothers, pregnant women.
3.Those who are on hormone therapy and chemotherapy.
4.Patients using any other treatment for this indication at the same time.
5.One who is performing heavy exercise.

Name Time Method To evaluate the effect of Ashtagunamanda as compare to Panchakol Yavagu in the management of Agnimandya by Agniparikshan Criteria. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Ashtagunamanda will be given 80ml two times a day up to 14 days, and follow up will be taken on 8th,15th,22nd day <br/ ><br>

To study the clinical parameters of Agnimandya i.e. Abhyavaranshkti, Jaranshakti , Aruchi, Avipak, Amashaya pradeshi Gaurav, Shirogaurav. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Total duaration of study is 21 dyas follow up on 8th,15th,22nd
