Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Arm 1: Preterm neonates born in the Universität\-Frauenklinik Göttingen.
- •\- Arm 2: Term neonates born in the Universität\-Frauenklinik Göttingen.
- •\- Retrospective arm of the study: Preterm and term nenonates born in the Universität\-Frauenklinik Göttingen whose parents agreed to the use of their private data for clinical trials within in the latest data protection regulation from the Universitätsmedizin Göttingen.
- •\- Further inclusion criteria for all arms: signed declaration of consent by their parents/ custodians.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- For all arms: expected parental emotional instability due to tragic clinical course.
- •\- Congenitcal anomalies incl. esophageal atresia, gastroschisis, enteroschisis, Megacystis\-microcolon\-intestinal hypoperistalsis syndrome (MMIHS), duodenal atresia, anal atresia.
