- •- sporty-inactive
- •- Dementia criteria: mild cognitive impairment, dementia stage 1-2
- •- normal blood pressure
- •- independent movement with a walking aid
- •- physically able to perform a movement program (anamnesis questionnaire)
排除标准
- •- Contraindicators (serious cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, lung diseases, renal insufficiency, etc. )
- •- from dementia stage 3
- •- not completing the pre-examination
- •- < 70% presence during the movement program
