Inclusion Criteria
Adult, legally competent, all patients who understand and sign the consent form to participate in the study, fracture of the long bones (femur or tibia), osteosynthetic treatment, were mobile preoperatively.
Exclusion Criteria
Motor or other medical limitations that do not allow movement analysis, osteoporosis or cancer, non-attendance at examination appointments.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Assessment of healing quality using the radiographic score [modified Radiographic Union Score for Tibial Fractures (mRUST)] and measurement of interfragmentary motion in patients by fluoroscopy.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Clinical scores: PROMs [Visual analog scale (VAS), pressure pain, SF-36 / Knee Society Score (KSS)]; biomechanical function improvement: ground reaction forces [symmetry to contralateral], Short Physical Performance Battery [SPPB]).
