- •Among the National Health Insurance Service–National Sample Cohort (NHIS–NSC) participants, those who underwent at least 5 regular health check-ups between 2002 and 2013 will be selected. Individuals with a history of having been treated with a hypertensive disease diagnostic code prior to the first health check-up, or a history of taking anti-hypertensive drug were included as final subjects.
