Primary Oncologist approval.
Patients who are diagnosed with carcinoma and undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
Absence of significant primary disease.
Karnofsky performance score more than sixty.
Those having smart phones and capable of making video call.
1. The patients with acute cardio-respiratory illness (Angina, cardiac arrest)
2. Any musculoskeletal-related dysfunctions which will hamper the results of the six-minute walk test.
3. Patients undergoing concurrent radiation therapy.
4. Patients who are already diagnosed with diseases that will hamper their physical function and pulmonary functions.
5. Patients diagnosed with Lung cancer or any head and neck cancer.
6. Presence of physical limitations (vision, hearing impairment).
7. Presence of serious cognitive and psychiatric diseases.
