1.Adult Patients of either sex (age-18 -65 yrs.)
2.Non restorable maxillary or mandibular molar teeth requiring extraction.
3.Presence of adequate amount of bone after extraction
4.Patients with good oral hygiene
1.Presence of uncontrolled systemic or local diseases preventing dental implants.
2.Patients having bleeding disorder
3.The need for additional bone augmentation procedures (such as maxillary sinus augmentation, distraction osteogenesis)
4.Patients allergic to any of the material used during procedure
5.Presence of local infection/ extensive bone loss
6.Pregnant females, smokers
7.Patients under medications that interfere with bone metabolism and gingival tissue health.
8.Patients taking any drug known to affect the number or function of platelets in the past 3 months.
9.Patients with abnormal platelet counts.
