Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Computer professionals with more than 3 years working experience
- •2\.Nonspecific low back pain
- •3\.Those who are working in front of computer for 40hrs or more in a week
- •4\.Professional work in day and night shift duties
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Diagnosed with IVDP
- •2\.Any structural deformity in spinal cord
- •3\.Recent back surgery
- •4\.Any pathological or spinal conditions
- •5\.Fibromyalgia
- •6\.Clinical signs of radiculopathy
- •7\.Previous spinal surgery
- •8\.Spondylolisthesis
- •9\.Previous treatment with Kinesio Tape or Rigid tape
- •10\.Peripheral nervous system diseases
