Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Computer professionals with more than 3 years working experience
  • •2\.Nonspecific low back pain
  • •3\.Those who are working in front of computer for 40hrs or more in a week
  • •4\.Professional work in day and night shift duties

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Diagnosed with IVDP
  • •2\.Any structural deformity in spinal cord
  • •3\.Recent back surgery
  • •4\.Any pathological or spinal conditions
  • •5\.Fibromyalgia
  • •6\.Clinical signs of radiculopathy
  • •7\.Previous spinal surgery
  • •8\.Spondylolisthesis
  • •9\.Previous treatment with Kinesio Tape or Rigid tape
  • •10\.Peripheral nervous system diseases
