1.Computer professionals with more than 3 years working experience
2.Nonspecific low back pain
3.Those who are working in front of computer for 40hrs or more in a week
4.Professional work in day and night shift duties
1.Diagnosed with IVDP
2.Any structural deformity in spinal cord
3.Recent back surgery
4.Any pathological or spinal conditions
5.Fibromyalgia
6.Clinical signs of radiculopathy
7.Previous spinal surgery
8.Spondylolisthesis
9.Previous treatment with Kinesio Tape or Rigid tape
10.Peripheral nervous system diseases
11.Subjects undergoing regular core exercise program
12.Subjects with frequent travelling
13.Person allergic with kinesio or Rigid tape
