Physical activity <90mins per week.

Exclusion Criteria

Currently taking insulin
Currently using specific contraceptives (Implanon, Mirena IUD, the Pill
Tobacco smoking
2 or more standard drinks of alcohol per day
Prior/present: Heart, Lung, Kidney, Liver, Endocrine Disease
Currently work night shift
Currently diabetic
