Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants with more than 2yrs of cycling experience
- •aerobic exercise at medium to high-intensity for at least 150min/week.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Existing cardiopulmonary condition like COVID, asthma, systemic illness like fever
- •during washout period , musculoskeletal injury to hip, knee, ankle joint and low back
- •less than 3months which can affect cycling, chronic smokers.
