Inclusion Criteria

Non pitted moderate fluorosis according to tooth surface index of fluorosis(TSIF) score : 0 - 4

Have no caries or restoration on the teeth to be treated

Ability to return for periodic follow-up

Exclusion Criteria

Pitted fluorosis

Non-fluoride stain of teeth

Hypersensitive teeth

Smoking or other habits like tobacco chewing

Poor general or dental health

Any fixed orthodontic appliances

Previous history of treatment for fluorosis

Pregnant or lactating lady

A history of allergy to bleaching agents

Symptoms of pulpitis or carious tooth

Any systemic and local conditions not permitting the intervention
