All doctors in the internal medicine and geriatrics outpatient clinic are eligible to participate, and all patient visits on the outpatient clinic to those doctors are eligible for inclusion.
Doctors who are assigned to the outpatient clinic for less than 6 months during the trial period are excluded. Outpatient visits where the name of the doctor is not recorded in the computerized agenda are excluded.
