Cardiovascular health
Muscle skeletal health
Have physical activity at least 3 days a week in a recent year
Exclusion Criteria
Having structural abnormalities
Tobacco and alcohol consumption
Taking heart rate suppressants or beta blockers
Medication or exercise supplements consumption in the past 6 months

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Heart rate variability. Timepoint: Heart rate variability will be measured at baseline and during movement throughout the process and up to 30 minutes after exercise. Method of measurement: Polar H10.;Hypotension. Timepoint: Blood pressure will be measured at the beginning and end of each set and up to 30 minutes after exercise. Method of measurement: Blood Pressure Monitor.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
