Inclusion Criteria
1.All patients of chronic idiopathic urticaria.
2.Off oral antihistamines for last 14 days.
3.More than 18 years of age.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients on drugs for other systemic comorbid diseases.
2.Patients on oral steroids during last 4 weeks
3.Pregnancy and lactation.
4.History of hypersensitivity to antihistaminics.
5.Inability to come for regular follow up.
