Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients giving written informed consent.
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I \& II.
- •Both male and female.
- •Patients posted for both elective and emergency below elbow surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal.
- •Inability to consent to the study.
- •Patient with coagulopathy or sepsis.
- •Local anaesthesia allergy.
- •Patients with compromised cardiac or respiratory or hepatic or renal functions.
- •Skin infection precluding the block.
- •Pre\-existing musculocutaneous/ median/ulnar/radial neuropathy.
- •Prior surgery in the infraclavicular fossa.
