Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients giving written informed consent.
  • •American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I \& II.
  • •Both male and female.
  • •Patients posted for both elective and emergency below elbow surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient refusal.
  • •Inability to consent to the study.
  • •Patient with coagulopathy or sepsis.
  • •Local anaesthesia allergy.
  • •Patients with compromised cardiac or respiratory or hepatic or renal functions.
  • •Skin infection precluding the block.
  • •Pre\-existing musculocutaneous/ median/ulnar/radial neuropathy.
  • •Prior surgery in the infraclavicular fossa.
