Inclusion Criteria
1.patients of ASA physical status 1,2
2.age between 18-60 Years of age of either sex
3.able to comprehend and willing to participate
4.experiencing a Post Dural puncture headche within seven days of dural puncture.
5.VAS score >3
Exclusion Criteria
1. <18 years of age and >60 years of age
2.VAS score on presentation less than or equal to 10 for headache.
3.known coagulopathy
4.known nasal septal deviation or abnormalities such as polyps.
5.any history of sinusitis,rhinitis,migraine,cluster headache.
