入选标准
- •1.patients of ASA physical status 1,2
- •2.age between 18-60 Years of age of either sex
- •3.able to comprehend and willing to participate
- •4.experiencing a Post Dural puncture headche within seven days of dural puncture.
- •5.VAS score >3
排除标准
- •1. <18 years of age and >60 years of age
- •2.VAS score on presentation less than or equal to 10 for headache.
- •3.known coagulopathy
- •4.known nasal septal deviation or abnormalities such as polyps.
- •5.any history of sinusitis,rhinitis,migraine,cluster headache.
