1. Male and female individuals aged 18-35 years, 2. Healthy body, 3. Conscious and able to communicate in Thai, 4. There has been no vigorous exercise or physical activity in the past 1 week
1. Have bone and joint problems or have a leg disability, 2. Have skin problems or open wounds on the back of the thighs, 3. Have cancer condition, 4. Drink alcohol within 24 hours, 5. People who have muscle pain in the back of the thigh, 6. People who exercise regularly > 2 days/week, 7. Regularly taking anticoagulants or have a blood vessel disease, 8. Do not wish to participate in treatment
