- •1.Abnormal renal function (estimated creatinine clearance lower than 60 ml/min)
- •2.previous diagnosis of atrial fibrillation/chronic atrial fibrillation/intra-operative onset of atrial fibrillation
- •3.psychatric illness
- •4.patient refusal
