Inclusion Criteria
1. Had a history of acute ischemic stroke, met the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke, and was confirmed by head MRI;
2. Consistent with: 1 month <=acute ischemic stroke onset time <=6 months;
3. Aged 40 to 80 years old;
4. Daily activity dependence scale (MRS) score <=3;
5. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, malignant tumors, dementia and mental diseases that cannot cooperate;
2. Pregnant or lactating women;
3. Participating in other clinical trials for 3 months or more;
4. Congenital disability patients.
